How Suzuki F6A engine give you problem?



Customer requested for a Suzuki F6A Top Set Gasket, so a set of gasket kit is given like above photo, and when the gasket reach customer, other than the cylinder head gasket, other items become........

A set of very old Suzuki F5A Gasket Kit.....seem like their intake and manifold gasket are the one which is correct, but the rocker cover gasket is rubber type, not rubber cork type, and the cylinder head gasket is not correct also.......



















There are really a rubber type rocker cover gasket for Suzuki F6A which is look like this.

Honda CR-Z Cylinder Head Gasket - 1.2mm thickness


















It is quite common nowadays the Daihatsu YRV owner is looking for the 1.2mm thickness cylinder head gasket, but Honda CR-Z is consider still new in the market, the demand of 1.2mm thickness cylinder head gasket may not go as strong as for the YRV type.

Anyway, the 1.2mm thickness cylinder head gasket is already existing for some time ago if one had visited the HKS website before, anyway, HKS had also enlarge the bore size from original of 74mm to 75mm, and this piece is still with the original bore size of 74mm.

MAZDA 6 2.2 DIESEL ENGINE GASKET


















The Mazda6 or Mazda 6 (known as the Mazda Atenza in China and Japan) is a Mid-size car produced by the Japanese car manufacturerMazda since 2002, now in its third generation. It replaced the long-serving Mazda 626 (sold in Japan as the Capella) which replaced theMazda 616 (piston engined version of the RX-2) in 1977. The Mazda6 has sold over one million units worldwide since its introduction, hitting this sales milestone faster than all previous Mazdas.
The Mazda6 was the first example of the company's new Stylish, Insightful, and Spirited design philosophy followed by the Mazda2 in December 2002, the RX-8 in August 2003, the Mazda3 in January 2004, the Mazda5 in the summer of 2005, the MX-5 in October 2005, and the Mazda CX-7 in November 2006. The 2003 Mazda6 is essentially the 4th generation Mazda 626 as the Mazda6 continues on the G-platform, progressing from the GF-platform 626/Capella to the GG-platform Mazda6.

































R2 2008 (2.2 MZR-CD)
New generation RF-based MZR-CD 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine (stroke was lengthened by 8 mm (0.3 in) in comparison to the MZR-CD 2.0 RF engine) was introduced in November 2002 and this powertrain is planned to totally replace RF 2007 and RF 2005 in the future with three (or more, see below) power versions:
  • MZR-CD 2.2 High Power: produces 136 kW (185 PS; 182 hp) at 3500 rpm and 400 N·m (300 lb·ft) of torque from 1800 to 3000 rpm, with combined fuel efficiency in 2nd generation Mazda 6: 5.6 L/100 km (50 mpg-imp; 42 mpg-US)/5.7 L/100 km (50 mpg-imp; 41 mpg-US) and CO2 emissions of 149/152 g/km (sedan and hatchback/wagon).
  • MZR-CD 2.2 Mid Power: produces 120 kW (163 PS; 161 hp) at 3500 rpm and 360 N·m (270 lb·ft) of torque from 1800 to 3000 rpm, with combined fuel efficiency in 2nd generation Mazda 6: 5.5 L/100 km (51 mpg-imp; 43 mpg-US)/5.6 L/100 km (50 mpg-imp; 42 mpg-US) and CO2 emissions of 147/149 g/km.
  • MZR-CD 2.2 Low Power: produces 92 kW (125 PS; 123 hp) at 3500 rpm and 310 N·m (230 lb·ft) of torque from 1800 to 2600 rpm, with combined fuel efficiency in 2nd generation Mazda 6: 5.5 L/100 km (51 mpg-imp; 43 mpg-US)/5.6 L/100 km (50 mpg-imp; 42 mpg-US) and CO2 emissions of 147/149 g/km.
  • MZR-CD 2.2 Standard Power in 2nd generation Mazda 3 Axela (internal code BL): produces 110 kW (150 PS; 148 hp) at 3500 rpm and 360 N·m (270 lb·ft) of torque from 1800 to 2600 rpm, with combined fuel efficiency 5.6 L/100 km (50 mpg-imp; 42 mpg-US) and CO2 emissions of 144 g/km.
  • MZR-CD 2.2 with Selective Catalytic Reduction system in 2009 facelift Mazda CX-7 produces 127 kW (173 PS; 170 hp) at 3500 rpm and 400 N·m (300 lb·ft) of torgue at a low 2000 rpm, with combined fuel efficiency 7.5 L/100 km (38 mpg-imp; 31 mpg-US) and CO2 emissions of 199 g/km.
2.2 MZR-CD engine features:
  • Denso HP3-based common rail with system injection pressure increased to 2000 bar/200 MPa
  • common rail injectors that have 10 spray small (0.119 mm) holes (instead of the 6 used on the MZR-CD 2.0) and higher response solenoids
  • low compression ratio of 16.3:1, made possible with highly atomizing injectors
  • VNT turbocharger with curved vanes and abradable seal
  • chain-driven DOHC valve system
  • aluminium lower block combined with low-friction, front chain-drive balancer shaft
  • newly developed, high thermal resistance DPF system with global-first ceramic support matrix structure
  • newly developed EGR cooler
  • Euro Stage V emission rating
  • new Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system with AdBlue additive significantly reduces NOx emissions (currently only in Mazda CX-7, in special 15.5-litre tank located under the luggage compartment, lasts over 20000 km under normal driving conditions)
  • electro-hydraulic power-assisted steering
Engine is mounted in (in order of appearance):
  • 2nd generation Mazda 6 Atenza since November 2008 (High, Mid and Low power versions), MZR-CD 2.0-litre turbo diesel remains in the line-up in some markets
  • 2nd generation Mazda 3 Axela (High and Standard power versions)
  • 1st generation 2009 facelift Mazda CX-7
Engine is planned for (in order of appearance):
  • 1st generation Mazda 5 Premacy (High, Mid and Low power versions)
Mazda 2.2 MZR-CD R2 engine has no relation to the family of belt-driven PSA DW12B twin turbo engine.

Honda CR-Z Engine Gasket Kit


















Honda CR-Z engine gasket kit can be use also in the Honda City TMO 2009 onward.

The Honda CR-Z is a sport compact hybrid electric automobile manufactured by Honda and marketed as a "sport hybrid coupe."The CR-Z combines a hybrid gasoline-electric powertrain with traditional sports car elements - most notably having a 2+2 (excluding North American models where the backseat is removed) seating arrangement and a standard 6-speed manual transmission. The CR-Z is regarded as thespiritual successor to the second generation Honda CR-X in both name and exterior design.
In the U.S., it is one of the least polluting vehicles available and is rated as an Advanced Technology Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (AT-PZEV) as defined by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The CR-Z is the third gasoline-electric hybrid model offered by Honda (after 2001-2005 models of Insight and Civic Hybrid) that can be equipped with a manual transmission, and the only one in the same class offered by any automaker to do so.
The CR-Z is the sixth unique version of Honda's Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) technology since the technology was first launched in the first generation Insight 3 door hatchback. Sales of the CR-Z began in Japan in February 2010. Sales in the U.S. began in August 2010.

The VR is a 3.8 L twin-turbo DOHC V6 automobile engine from Nissan. An evolution of the widely successful VQ series, it draws on developments from the VRH JGTC and Nissan R390 GT1 Le Mans racing engines.
Designated the VR38DETT by Nissan, the engine is currently used in the 2007–present Nissan GT-Rand the limited production Nissan Juke-R.


The VR38DETT sports 24 valves controlled by dual overhead camshafts (the total 4 cams for the both overheads) with variable valve timing (intake only). The block is cast aluminum with 0.15 mm (0.006 in) plasma-sprayed cylinder liner bores. This coating provides a hard protective layer for the piston rings to slide on as the piston moves up and down during their cycles. The turbine housings for the two IHI turbochargers are integrated into the exhaust manifolds to decrease weight and bolster vehicle balance. The engine also sports a pressurized lubrication system controlled thermostatically. The VR38DETT is equipped with a feedback control system that changes air fuel ratio depending on the engine load which has a significant effect on reducing the fuel consumption.
The VR38DETT is hand assembled in a special clean-room environment at Nissan's Tochigi facility by specially trained technicians.
