Honda K24Z3 Engine Cylinder Head Gasket

Since Honda starting with its K20A series of engine, it had been quite a number of minor changes on the cylinder head design, as a trader for the gasket with not much technical info on hand, we actually don't know how is this minor changes have to do on the improvement of the engine performance, for us, is just customer taking a peace of gasket that is have a bit little difference with what we have in stock.

For K20A to K24A series, there are already have little changes for the cylinder head gasket design from model to model, now there are K24Z adding to the list, the K24Z3 engine should be have the improvement from the previous series which I'm not sure about it, the only thing we know is we need to keep another items into our stock list.

Overview[edit source | editbeta]

The car was produced at the NedCar factory in the Netherlands in conjunction with Mitsubishi Motors. This is the same factory that produced Volvo 300cars in the 1970s and 1980s and the Volvo V40s in the 1990s. To save production costs, the Smart Forfour shared almost all of its components with the 2003 Mitsubishi Colt. This includes the chassis, suspension and a new generation of MIVEC petrol engines, ranging from the three cylinder 1.1 L (67 cu in) to the four cylinder with power up to 80 kW (109 PS; 107 hp). The 1.5 L (92 cu in) common direct injection (cdi) diesel engine, is a three-cylinderMercedes-Benz engine derived from the four-cylinder used in the Mercedes-Benz A-Class, and is available with either 68 PS (50 kW; 67 hp) or 95 PS (70 kW; 94 hp).
