The China made MPV Chery Eastar is selling in Malaysia, and it seem they put in their own China made engine, unlike for some model they may still using the old type of Japan made engine.
So since this is their own made engine, the OEM parts such as engine gasket will be China made as well, as you won't see this under the Japanese application catalog.
