Mitsubishi engine code 3A92 and 4A92 which can found in Attrage, Mirage, Colt and Lancer model, seems is using 2 type of valve seals across this model, one type is the valve seal design as show in above photo, which the design normally found in Euro manufacturer design, like those found in Peugeot, Renault or Opel model, while another design is like in the photo below which is conventional Japan valve seal design.
