Proton X50 Cylinder Block Engine Block Plug

There is a big plug in the Proton X50 engine block, this plug looks like those Cam Plug with part number start with RCA mmXmm but this one looks much more bigger, 

Below are the photo of the parts which is already broken taken out from the engine, and the bottom photo show the new parts from the other side of the part.

 

Toyota Hilux GUN125 GUN126 Valve Seal

Toyota Hilux GUN125 GUN126 under engine code 1GD-FTV and 2GD-FTV have a very special type design of valve seal, this valve seal with OEM part number 90913-T2006, its dimension is not like those conventional Toyota valve seal, it is much taller like what shown in the above photo.

Toyota 1TR-FE and 2TR-FE Rocker Cover Gasket type

Toyota 1TR-FE and 2TR-FE engine which is popular for model like Innova, Forturner and HiAce, already have 2 type of version on their rocker cover zone.

From the above photo which showing the diagram of the old and new version rocker cover of 1TR-FE and 2TR-FE, you may observe that the rocker cover gasket for the old version is design as such it separated with the plug seal while the newer version the plug seal is attached to the rocker cover gasket.

For the newer version rocker cover, you may found there are additional parts at the bigger circle at the above photo, which it may need the gasket show in the photo at the bottom part of this post, it call camshaft bearing seal according to the catalog.
