Toyota 2ZR-FE Camshaft Bearing Cap Oil Hole Gasket

The local Toyota Altis ZRE# model is using the 2ZR-FE engine, which basically is the same engine family for 1ZR-FE and 3ZR-FE with different CC, and use on model like Auris, Avensis ZRE# or ZRF# model, there are one piece of gasket at the camshaft bearing cap oil hole as on above photo.

The gasket is shown in the above diagram with the indicator number 11159H, and the gasket is like the below photo, we found this piece of gasket is included on the KP rocker cover gasket set, so can we consider this piece of gasket need to be change whenever the rocker cover gasket replacement is carry out? As we still found quite a lot of them just buying the rocker cover gasket and plug seal for the gasket replacement and didn't include this piece of gasket.

The Daihatsu engine code KF-DET and KF-VE, which is a 3 cylinder 660cc 12 valve engine, can be found in model like Daihatsu Sonica and Toyota Pixis Space model, in the recent year, we found the new model of Daihatsu Copen also starting to use the KF-DET engine.

Recently we found a local customer looking for this gasket, which surprisingly is use on the Daihatsu Hijet mini truck, as the Malaysia Daihatsu only selling the 3SZ-VE variant of truck locally, this mini truck should be imported directly from Japan used car market.
