Nissan X-Trail T31 model engine is basically the same family as the T30 model under the Nissan QR series of engine, the same engine code of QR25DE is use in both T30 and T31 model, with the some improvement made on the rocker cover and intake manifold.
Both model rocker cover gasket and intake manifold gasket can't be interchange, for the cylinder head gasket, although it is different OEM part number for both model, and you may found minor different in both cylinder head gasket design, but it seems it can be interchangeable use in both type of engine.
