Nissan Almera 1.0 Turbo Rocker Cover

Nissan Almera 1.0 Turbo with model code of N18 and engine code of HR10DET, is a 3 cylinder engine, their rocker cover design as such they didn't actually use the rocker cover gasket, but at the center part of the rocker cover which some may call it as plug seal, it have a rubber seal attached on the rocker cover, from genuine part side it seem this seal is not service by them and they need to change the whole rocker cover if there is leakage problem.

Anyway the seal is already been selling in the after market.

 

Nissan Serena C26 Thermostat Housing O-Ring

Nissan engine code MR20DD which is use at Nissan Serena C26 and C27 model, and the X-Trail T32 2.0, have a thermostat with the part number 11060-4BB0A or 11060-4BB1A, this thermostat have 3 O-rings as shown in the photos, Nissan Genuine or OEM part is not servicing this O-rings and normally one need to change the whole thermostat housing if there are leaking issue at that area.

Anyway due to changing the whole thermostat is quite costly, now we are serving this 3 O-rings for after market purpose.
 

Mazda CX9 3.7 V6 Valve Cover Gasket

Mazda CX9 3.7 V6 model with the engine code CA is consider not a popular model in Malaysia market, mainly due to it high cc, the latest CX9 skyactiv version is already change to 2.5cc turbocharger engine.

Mazda CX9 3.7 model gasket is also not among the favorite parts for dealer to stock it due to its slow moving criteria.

The 2 pieces of valve cover gasket may be consider is better sellable than other gasket part.

Nissan Note and Micra K13 model is using the engine code HR12DDR 3 cylinder engine, HR12 series have quite some variant of engine like HR12DE, HR12DET, HR12DDT and some of it is similar to the smaller cc of HR10 series of engine.

Some of their variant may have some connection with some Renault model engine like some Renault Clio model, but for this Note and Micra model is quite clear is for Japan model.

Malaysia first Subaru XV model is come with FB20A engine, and the current Subaru XV II GT7 model is using the FB20C engine, in engine gasket part, it seems looks similar but there are quite a number of part number is different between FB20A and FB20C.

The rocker cover gasket is different between the FB20A and FB20C, but the plug seal is same between them. There are 2 extra rubber seal in the FB20C rocker cover kit set which I'm not sure where this seal located in the rocker cover area.

Toyota 2AR Intake Manifold Gasket

Toyota engine code 2AR can be found in Toyota Camry 2.5  ASV50 and AVV50 model, there are 2 type of intake manifold gasket for this 2AR engine, Toyota Camry 2.5 ASV50 with 2AR-FE engine using part number 17171-36010 while Toyota Camry 2.5 Hybrid AVV50 with 2AR-FXE engine using part number 17171-36020.

Honda N-Box is a kei car produce by Honda for Japan market, but sometime it is quite interesting you still can see some of them on the road at Malaysia.

This 658cc 3 cylinder engine with engine code S07A also have the type of gasket not really in Honda conventional style. The rocker cover gasket design more like those in the Daihatsu type of design.
