Toyota 1TR-FE and 2TR-FE Rocker Cover Gasket type

Toyota 1TR-FE and 2TR-FE engine which is popular for model like Innova, Forturner and HiAce, already have 2 type of version on their rocker cover zone.

From the above photo which showing the diagram of the old and new version rocker cover of 1TR-FE and 2TR-FE, you may observe that the rocker cover gasket for the old version is design as such it separated with the plug seal while the newer version the plug seal is attached to the rocker cover gasket.

For the newer version rocker cover, you may found there are additional parts at the bigger circle at the above photo, which it may need the gasket show in the photo at the bottom part of this post, it call camshaft bearing seal according to the catalog.

2. Older version plug seal part number 11214-75040, 11214-0C010

3. Newer version rocker cover gasket part number 11213-75050

4. Newer version camshaft bearing seal 3 difference seal part number 11159-75010, 1115A-75010, 1115B-75010 

 

Nissan Cefiro A33 2.0 Intake Manifold, EGR Guide Tube and Throttle Body Gasket

Nissan Cefiro A33 2.0 model with VQ20DE engine have some interesting rubber gasket at their intake manifold area.

Apart from the 2 pieces metal sheet of intake manifold gasket, there are 3 pieces rubber gasket at the intake surger manifold, 1 piece of the EGR Guide Tube gasket and 1 piece of Throttle Body gasket, this 5 pieces of gasket normally will need to replace all together after dismantling the intake manifold assembly of the engine.

 

Honda Civic Type-R Gasket Kit

Honda Civic Type R for generation IX and X, is install with the K20C1 and K20C3 engine, and some may call it as FK2 or FK8 model. 

For their genuine parts part number, mostly is using "RPY" in the center of their part number, like the head gasket it is 122251-RPY-G02, rocker cover gasket is 12341-RPY-G01 and the gasket kit with part number of 06110-RPY-G02.

 

 

Mitsubishi Triton 3.2 4M41 Nozzle Seal

This 4 pieces of nozzle seal which found in Mitsubishi Triton 3.2 model under engine code 4M41 or 4M41T is not included in the overhaul gasket kit, below are the diagram on which the seal located, and the Mitsubishi OEM part number is ME203153.

It may call as Rocker Case Injector Tube Seal.

Mazda Skyactiv Oil Control Valve Gasket

At the Mazda Skyactiv model rocker cover, no matter on the Mazda 2 1.5 , CX-5 2.0 or 2.5, as long as it is a Skyactiv version, there are one gasket which looks similar like a plug seal, but it isn't a plug seal for this engine, we may call it as oil control valve gasket.

This gasket OEM part number is PE01-10-2D5, actually is also very similar to the Mazda older model LF, L3 and L5 engine which carry OEM part number of L362-10-2D5, but L362-10-2D5 is slightly bigger than the PE01-10-2D5.

Suzuki Alto 1.0 K10B Intake Manifold and Throttle Body Gasket

It seems the Suzuki Alto 1.0 under K10B engine code also have 2 variant of intake manifold gasket, the photo shown the intake manifold gasket and throttle body gasket, may consider as the 2nd generation type of the K10B engine. Though there are one more layer which is using metal type of intake manifold gasket may be use in both generation of engine.
