Toyota Vios NCP and Haval H2 Rocker Cover Gasket

China made Haval H1 is known to be using the Toyota 1NZ-FE as their engine, which is also use in Toyota NCP series model, their engine gasket parts are actually same for each other. And now is the interesting thing to found in the new Haval H2 engine, overall, it can be said it is a minor modified for the 1NZ-FE engine, most of the gasket is still interchangeable between the old and new version.

But look at the above photo which is the rocker cover gasket for Haval H2, you will find that the original design which the plug seal is attached to the rocker cover gasket (refer to the bottom photo on the Toyota Vios NCP series rocker cover gasket design), the Haval H2 design it as such the plug seal is separate in 2 pieces from the rocker cover gasket.

It is unknown that if the old type rocker cover gasket can be install on the Haval H2 or not, other notable change in the engine gasket is the intake manifold gasket, the old version of intake manifold gasket is using rubber o-ring type while Haval H2 intake manifold gasket is metal sheet type of gasket.
