Ford Ranger T6 Intake Manifold Gasket (O Ring)

 

In this post let us take a look for a parts that the engine which is not developed from Japan.

Ford Ranger T6, unlike the previous Ford Ranger model that is using the Mazda Fighter WL and WE engine, T6 is the Ford develop engine in USA.

Ford Ranger T6 2.2 is a 4 cylinder engine and the 3.2 version is 5 cylinder engine, let us have a look at their plastic intake manifold in the above photo, which is for the 2.2 engine, as you can see in a normal 4 cylinder engine normally it will design as such the intake manifold gasket, if it is the O-Ring type, it will 4 pieces for each engine also, but the T6 model had design as such it need 8 pieces of O-ring in one engine.

And for the 3.2 5 Cylinder model, the intake manifold O-Ring will be 10 pieces in one engine.
